PURPOSE OF TRAINING:

The main objective of the conference is to critically discuss training challenges ofr effective human capital development and leadership in the face of current global economic activities (CMD)

WHO SHOULD ATTEND THE TRAINING OF (CMD): Heads of Training and Development in Nigerian Public and Private Enterprises, Director of Personnel as well as Departmental Training Officers in Federal and State Ministries, Local government councils, the private sector, NGOs and community based organizations (CBOs)
