  • On the homepage, click on change of course
  • Enter your Jamb Registration Number
  • Update the online form by selecting the appropriate proposed course, and the your O’level results.
  • Preview filled form before printing

Covenant University CU Portal/Online Admission Registration


Covenant University CU: Prospective students of Covenant University (CU) can obtain Application forms as from February of each year. The forms are available at Covenant University (CU) Bookstore or at any of the branches of Oceanic Bank, Spring Bank, Guaranty Trust Bank, Zenith Bank in Nigeria as well as Covenant University (CU) Community Bank for a fee of N5, 000.

Completed Application forms with photocopies of credentials should be returned to the point of collection two weeks to the date of sitting the Covenant University Scholastic Aptitude Test (CUSAT). Our Admission Brochure which comes with the Application package contains information on the date for the Aptitude test.

Online application forms are available at CU Portal for a fee of N5, 000. Payments for the on-line application forms can be made through any of the Banks stated above.

School Fees

Our school fees are very concessionary being a Christian Mission University desiring to make equal education opportunity to every capable citizen. The applicable fee depends on the programme a student is registering to study. Details of the school fees are contained in the admission brochure issued every year which is available on admission, the web and will usually included in the admission letter. Students are required to pay full fees on or before resumption.

Covenant University (CU) School Fees

Covenant University (CU) Undergraduate Admission Requirements

The minimum entry requirement for undergraduate programmes at CU are credit level passes in 5 subjects at the Ordinary Level examination of WAEC/NECO/NABTEB. The subjects must include English Language, Mathematics and one relevant Science Subject selected from the following group (Biology, Health/General Science, Agricultural Science, Physics, and Chemistry). These must have been obtained at not more than two sittings. Please note that there are other requirements that may be specific to a College and /or a Programme.

In addition to the above, candidates applying to CU must fulfill the statutory requirement of sitting for the UME examination of the Joint Admissions and Matriculations Board (JAMB) examination in the year they intend to apply for admission. It is mandatory for applicants to attain the prescribed cut off score in the UME examination.
Moreover, prospective students of CU are required to undertake our two phase screening exercise i.e. the Covenant University Scholastic Aptitude Test (CUSAT) and the interview.

We are delighted to furnish you with information that will assist you to achieve your desire to study at Covenant University-- Hebron, the birth place of kings and queens. Ahmadu Bello University (abu) Portal-Read the registration steps carefully before starting your online Portal registration for the Admission process.

All students who are to pay for school fees and register should logon to the portal using the url: www.abuportal-ng.org to access their payment details.

Duration of Registration for Ahmadu Bello University (abu) Admission Portal

Normal Registration 17th December 2009 to 19th February 2010
Late Registration 22nd February 2010 to 5th March, 2010
Late registration is only allowed upon submitting evidence of payment of Late Registration Fees. The fees for late registration are as follows:
i. Undergraduate: N2,500.00
ii. Postgraduate: N5,000.00

Commencement of Add/Drop would be duly communicated to the students and would strictly be available for those who have earlier registered on the Portal appropriately.
Please note that bank transaction charges of N300.00 and N450.00 per transaction applies for BranchCollect and eTranzact respectively.

Important Notes on Ahmadu Bello University (abu) Potal/Oline Admission Registration

All students must upload their scanned passport photograph (JPEG Format and less than 100kb) and signature (JPEG Format and less than 100kb), provide a valid mobile telephone number and email address as a requirement for online registration. Students’ USERNAME and PASSWORD would be sent to his/her email address. Students must ensure that copies of payment documents (tellers and receipts from the Portal) are submitted to Faculty Accountants (in case of registration fees) and Student Affairs Finance Office (in case of Accommodation Fees). Admission Portal/
You must also submit copies of Course Registration Forms from the Portal to the Faculty/Department Registration Officer for ratification. Finally approved copies must be submitted to the Academic Secretary's representative at the faculties. Successful hostel allocation printed from the Portal should be taken to the Hall Administrators of your selected hall of residence.

Student Registration Procedure for Ahmadu Bello University (abu)

Follow the under listed steps to accomplish your registration on the portal:
1.0 Proceed as applicable for the Admission
1.1 For New Students Only (Postgraduate and Undergraduate) for the Admission

Undergraduate should proceed to their respective faculties for screening while Postgraduate are screened at the Postgraduate School.
• Eligible candidates are issued with Registration numbers (in case of undergraduate) and an Online Identification Code (for Postgraduates).
• For undergraduate students, submit photocopy of admission letter containing Matriculation number to representative of the Academic Secretary in the respective faculties (wait for at least 24hrs before proceeding to the Portal)
• Proceed by entering the url: www.abuportal-ng.org in any web browser for registration.
• Click on the hyperlink that applies to you on the home page of the Portal. For example, a Postgraduate student clicks on Make Payment/Check Profile under the section Postgraduate New Studentswhile undergraduate clicks on

Make Payment/Check Profile under Undergraduate New Student.
• Type your Registration Number or Online Identification Code (Undergraduate and Postgraduate respectively), select your State of Origin, and click on submit to check on your profile.
For Returning Students only (Postgraduate and Undergraduate) for Ahmadu Bello University (abu)
Returning students require no screening. They proceed to the Portal at the url: www.abuportal-ng.org.Postgraduate can obtain their online Identification Code by visiting this link, the Postgraduate School or their respective Facultys' notice boards.
Click on the hyperlink that applies to you on the home page of the Portal. For example, a Postgraduate student clicks on Make Payment/Check Profile under the section Postgraduate Returning Student while undergraduate clicks on

Make Payment/Check Profile under Undergraduate Returning Student.
Type your Registration Number or Online Identification Code (Undergraduate and Postgraduate respectively), and select your degree programme prefix (eg. B.Sc., LLM, B.A. B.Eng., etc) and click on submit to check on your profile for Ahmadu Bello University (abu) Admission Portal
Please note that in case your profile is incorrect, call these hotline, 07029766500, 07029766501, 07029766502, 07029766503 from 8.00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday or send a mail to registrationsupport@abu.edu.ng or report to any of the Faculty’s Digital Centres before continuing your registration.
If all the information displayed are correct, click on “CHECK FEES SCHEDULE” to access the appropriate fees payable as registration fees. You may print a copy if you so wish.
At this stage, a student proceeds with registration using any of BranchCollect, eTranzact or InterSwich payment options. The university strongly recommends the use of BranchCollect for all payments:

• Walk into any branch of the listed banks above, obtain a teller and fill as appropriate. Request for any assistance from the banks’ personnel where necessary. Ensure that you’ve entered the correct A.B.U. account number with the bank you are paying into.
• Make payment and ensure that you obtain a printed copy of a BranchCollect receipt that has a TRANSACTION ID on it.
• Proceed to step 3.
eTranzact Option for Ahmadu Bello University (abu) Admission Portal
• Fill a valid teller obtained from the bank of your choice.
• Make payment and obtain a printed receipt that has a RECEIPT NUMBER and CONFIRMATION ID on it.
• Proceed to step 3.
InterSwitch Option for Ahmadu Bello University (abu) Admission Portal
• Get Your ATM card or Interswitch cashcard from any bank and make sure it carries enough fund to cover any payment you are making (e.g school fees or accommodation fees). Cashcards can be purchased and loaded in any bank on the InterSwitch Platform.
• Repeat step 1.0 and do the following:
o Click on Check Fees Schedules after displaying the profile.
o Select the InterSwitch payment option.
o Respond as appropriate.
o Proceed to step 4: Course Registration.
For those that used BranchCollect or eTranzact Options
Proceed by opening the website, www.abuportal-ng.org and then do the following:
• Logon as you did in step 1.0.
• For BranchCollect, a confirmation page is displayed that request for Transaction Id. Enter the Id and proceed to step 3.5.
• For eTranZact, click on the authenticate button.
• The confirmation page is displayed. Then enter the Confirmation Id and the Receipt Number.
• A receipt is now displayed. Print a copy and proceed to edit your profile. Your login parameters are displayed and a copy would be sent to your email box.
Course Registration for Ahmadu Bello University (abu) Admission Portal
Click on “Course Registration” to complete your course registration for the session. Select only the courses you are to register from the list of displayed courses, click on “PREVIEW ” to check only the courses you have selected and click on “Submit” to finally register your courses. Print your registered courses by clicking on “Print Courses Registered” button.

PROCEDURE FOR CHECKING ADMISSION ONLINE IN UNIZIK.

1. Buy a admission status scratch card from Intercontinental Bank and all other designated Bank
2. You only have as many access as possible per Access Card.
3. Launch internet browser and type in portal address of Nnamdi Azikiwe University; http://www.unizikeduportal.org/>
4. Click on Applicants on the Menu Bar at the top of the portal on click on Check Entrance Result link
5. Click check Admission status from the resulting sub menu in portal.
6. Enter the PIN code in the space provided marked " PIN code" and your JAMB Registration/Exam number in the space provided marked "Reg No/Mat No"
7. Click on the 'Login' button and wait for your Nnamdi Azikiwe University Admission details Slip to appear (if admitted or not).
8. Click the print admission slip at the bottom of the windows that appear on the portal.

PROCEDURE FOR CLEARANCE OR ELIGIBILITY IN UNIZIK

1. Buy a Clearance eligibility scratch card from Intercontinental Bank or all other designated Bank
2. You can use the card throughout the academic session in Nnamdi Azikiwe University.
3. If admitted, fill Clearance Form ONLINE by indicating your O/L entry Results in the drop down boxes provided and click SUBMIT when through. You may update your Clearance Form as often as you wish till you are cleared by your clearance officer
4. The procedure of filling Personal Data Form is by clicking "New Student" in the main Menu and then clicking "Personal Data form" in the second sub menu provided
5. Click "Edit Personnel" and fill the pop up form appropriately. Note that a unique password not easy to guess should be chosen.
6. Next Click "Upload Picture", a dialog box will appear. Put the file name in the space provided or click "Browse" to upload the picture wherever it is saved earlier.

PROCEDURE FOR STUDENTS REGISTRATION IN UNIZIK

1. Buy an unlimited Access scratch card with payment of school fees from Intercontinental Bank or all other designated Bank for Nnamdi Azikiwe University Admission.
2. Click on Nnamdi Azikiwe University’s "New Student" on the Menu Bar at the left hand corner
3. Click on "Course Registration Form" on the sub Menu provided
4. On the windows that will eventually appear, enter Registration or Matriculation number of Nnamdi Azikiwe University in the space marked "Reg No/Mat No"
5. Enter your surname
6. Select Levels
7. A copy of Electronic form with pre entered courses then appear
8. Select each course by clicking combo boxes next to it.
9. Then click Register box.
10. Pint a copy of the form and take to your course adviser for final Approval.
11. You can from now be entering the portal using the student's Login boxes provided at right hand corner of the Home page of the portal.

ACADEMIC RECORD PROFILES IN UNIZIK

1. Buy an Access scratch card from Intercontinental Bank or all other designated Bank for Nnamdi Azikiwe University
2. Click on Nnamdi Azikiwe University’s "New Student" on the Menu Bar at the left hand corner
3. Click on "Academic Records Profile" on the sub Menu provided
4. Enter the PIN code in the space provided marked " PIN code" and Registration/Exam number in the space provided marked "Reg No/Mat No"
5. Click on the 'Login' button in portal.
6. A copy of your current academic performance will be displayed in the Nnamdi Azikiwe University.

HOSTEL ACCOMMODATION IN UNIZIK

1. Click on "New Student" on the Menu Bar at the left hand corner
2. Click on "Hostel Accommodation" on the sub Menu provided
3. Enter the Registration/Exam number in the space provided marked "Reg No/Mat No"
4. Enter surname in the space provided "surname"
5. Click on the 'Login' button in portal.
6. You will see list of "Hostels"
7. Click Apply button to apply on portal.

LECTURER LOGIN IN UNIZIK

1. On the Main/Home page left corner
2. Click (LECTURER LOGIN) Login here with your icon, a resulting web page will pop up
3. In the box provided in the portal.select as follows:
* "Faculty" -- Teacher's faculty
* "Department" -- Teacher's Department
* "Lecturer Name" -- Teacher's Name
* "Password"-- Teacher's Password
4. On entry to the page an " Eportal - Lecturer " page will automatically pop up

After collecting the 'Authority to Pay' please proceed to the Bank to pay your fees as detailed in the schedule of fees. You are requested to collect a Registration Package from the Admissions Office of University of Ibadan (U.I) with evidence of payment.

STEP 1:
Obtain your School (University of Ibadan UI) Charges Access Code PIN from any of the following banks listed below. you will be issued access PIN upon payment at the bank.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on I Agree at the bottom of the page.

STEP 3:
A Fee Payment web page will be displayed, click on pay your fee (on the top right corner of the page) to select your fee items.

STEP 4:
Click on Add Selected Items to my Pay list
Select the fee items that your want to pay for i.e Bundled(School fee/GES Levy/Accommodation Levy).

STEP 5:
Click on "Proceed" and wait for the PIN confirmation page. Select "PIN" mode of payment and click on Post Now.
WARNING: Please read the "Warning Instuctions" displayed before you enter the PIN.

STEP 6:
At the "Payment Information (PIN)" page, carefully enter your PIN number (Obtained from the Bank) and click Post now and wait for the payment confirmation page.
Click on "Finish".
Please note that once your payment is successful, you will be taken directly to your personalized school portal page and you are required to change your password and update your personal details before you do anything on the portal.
To update your personal details:
Click on "Click to edit your personal data form" at the top right hand corner of the page.
Fill in your personal data and click "Update" at the top right hand corner.

U.I INSTRUCTIONS FOR ACCEPTANCE AND CLEARANCE

In view of the approval given by JAMB on the results of the 29th October, 19th November and 15th December, 2009 interactive sessions, the University of Ibadan (UI) hereby notify the successful candidates of the offer of admission into the academic program indicated against their names.

The candidates should kindly signify acceptance of the admission offer by:
1. Paying the NON-REFUNDABLE acceptance fee of seven thousand five hundred naira only (N7, 500.00) into the Afribank Plc, UI Branch, University of Ibadan (UI) Student Fee Account No. 36000912A, at the nearest Afribank Plc Branch nationwide.
2. Printing a copy of the ACCEPTANCE FORM and submitting the filled form with evidence of the acceptance fee to the Admissions office, University of Ibadan (U.I).

IGBINEDION UNIVERSITY ADMISSION APPLYING TO IUO (2009 SUPPLEMENTARY ADMISSIONS)

To be eligible for Igbinedion University admission, into the four-year disciplines and five or six-year professional programmes, candidates must possess a minimum of five credits at the GCE/WAEC, SSCE/NECO, or SSCE/NABTEB certificate examinations, which must include English Language and Mathematics at not more than two sittings. In addition, candidates seeking admission into Law must possess at least a credit pass in Literature in English. Candidates awaiting GCE/NECO SSCE/WAEC SSCE/NABTEB results are also encouraged to apply provided the results would be available by September 2009 when the new session commences.

Candidates may also seek admission into the 200 level of the degree programmes with the following qualifications:

Passes in at least two subjects at the Advanced level and an additional subject at the subsidiary level in the General Certificate of Education Examination. The subjects must constitute a suitable preliminary to the intended courses.

Diploma/NCE at credit level pass and above in the appropriate subjects from a recognized institution.
IJMB in the appropriate subjects.
First Degree in relevant discipline.

In all these cases, candidates must also satisfy the requirements for matriculation viz: five credit passes at the GCE/WAEC SSCE/NECO SSCE/NABTEB Certificate examinations
Candidates are required to show evidence of application to JAMB

AGE
Candidates who are above 22 years of age will not be deemed eligible for admission. Older candidates may be admitted under exceptional circumstances

STUDY IN NATIONAL OPEN UNIVERSITY OF NIGERIA (NOUN)

STUDY/TRAINING REQUIRMENTS

  • Five credit passes at SSCE/GCE ‘O’ and ‘A’ level must be in subjects relevant to the proposed fields of study, A credit level pass in Mathematics is required for all sciences and technology, Business education and Science education programmes. A pass in Mathematics may be considered in Social Sciences and a pass in English language may be considered in Physics and Mathematics programmes in National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN)

  • Candidate applying for B.A English, B.A. (Ed) English and B.Sc, Mass communication must have a credit in Literature in English, Prior knowledge and relevant work experience including first degree/ HND/RN may be considered for advanced placement and waiver in National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN)

  • Candidate waiting result any relevant examination may also apply: they should however note that processing of application will not be completed in National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) until entry requirements are met


ACCESS PROGRAMMES IN NATIONAL OPEN UNIVERSITY OF NIGERIA

  • Candidates who do not possess the requirement for entry into and undergraduate programme in National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) will be required to register into the access programme which syllabus has been designed to be equivalent to ordinary level certificate syllabus of the respective courses in National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN)

  • The courses available under the Access programme are Mathematics, English language, Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Literature in English

  • Candidate must pass the Access courses registered for in the Access programme before proceeding to undertake any undergraduate programme in National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN)
